1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 77xx Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 77xx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 77xx Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77xx enforces a strict minimum age policy. We do not knowingly permit persons under 21 to register or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (legal entities may not register personal betting accounts).
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of 77xx unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77xx or any of its affiliated entities or gaming suppliers.
• You must not already hold another active or previously suspended 77xx account. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process and maintain such accuracy throughout the lifecycle of your account.

77xx reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or permanent closure.

4. Account Obligations

Upon successful registration, 77xx grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms. In connection with your account, you agree to the following obligations:

• Single Account: You may hold only one active account at any given time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 77xx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Accurate Information: All personal details provided to 77xx must be truthful and current. You must promptly notify 77xx of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support via live chat or email.
• Personal Use Only: Your 77xx account is for your sole personal use. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you access or use another person's account.
• No Commercial Use: You may not use your 77xx account for any commercial purpose, including systematic betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform, arbitrage betting in bad faith, or any activity that constitutes a professional gambling enterprise contrary to the spirit of recreational use.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77xx Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77xx supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ₨500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately notified by 77xx for specific payment methods or account tiers.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₨500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 4 business hours during normal banking hours in Pakistan.
• KYC Requirement: 77xx reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a CNIC, proof of address dated within 90 days, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the nominated withdrawal method.
• Source of Funds: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all users.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in PKR. 77xx does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.
• Fees: 77xx does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals through supported methods. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own charges, for which 77xx accepts no liability.
• Declined Transactions: 77xx may decline a deposit or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77xx offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without further notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and slots may each carry different contribution percentages as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse: 77xx reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close the account of any User who is found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or any other behaviour deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• 77xx Discretion: 77xx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements for already-credited bonuses will be honoured.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 77xx Platform is governed by the product-specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet or wager. The following general rules apply across all 77xx products:

• Bet Acceptance: 77xx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until explicitly accepted and reflected in your account transaction history.
• Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a technical error — including obvious pricing errors, feed errors, or system malfunctions — 77xx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 77xx accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• Cricket Betting: PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches are covered subject to official result confirmation from the relevant governing body (PCB / ICC). Bets on abandoned or cancelled matches will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the cricket-specific rules.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time, including during live play, at 77xx's discretion. Once a bet has been accepted in an in-play market, it cannot be cancelled by the User.
• RNG Games and Slots: All random number generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studio providers. The rules of each individual table game apply as displayed within the game interface.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77xx Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-account restriction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or defraud 77xx or other users.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 77xx.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether or not arising from 77xx's own systems — to generate artificial profit. Any such profits are not legitimately won and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that involves insider knowledge of sporting event outcomes contrary to fair play principles.
• Attempting to access another user's account or the Platform's administrative backend without authorisation.
• Publishing, transmitting, or uploading any content that is defamatory, harmful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful in connection with your use of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77xx Platform — including but not limited to the 77xx brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and user interface elements — is owned by or licensed to 77xx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 77xx Platform without the prior written consent of 77xx, except as necessarily incidental to ordinary personal use of the Platform (for example, caching by your browser).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77xx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and game descriptions.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof, including for scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond 77xx's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77xx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Responsible Gaming

77xx is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended exclusively for adult entertainment purposes. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every user account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, or if gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to:

• Activate the self-exclusion tool from your account settings, which will immediately restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing.
• Set a deposit or loss limit to cap your spending within a defined period.

77xx reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account — including mandatory limits or enforced cooling-off periods — where our customer protection monitoring identifies patterns of potentially harmful gambling behaviour, even without a formal request from the account holder.

12. Termination & Suspension

77xx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Your voluntary request to close the account, subject to the settlement of any pending bets and outstanding balance withdrawals.

Upon closure of your account for breach of these Terms, 77xx reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 77xx may forfeit the account balance in accordance with these Terms. Where no breach is confirmed and the closure is initiated by you or by 77xx without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

Accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as notified on the Platform from time to time. 77xx will send an advance email notification to your registered address before any inactivity fee is applied.

13. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 77xx is governed by the 77xx Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key data practices relevant to your account include:

• Personal data submitted during registration and KYC is processed for identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and account management purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum period required by applicable regulations and 77xx's internal compliance obligations.
• 77xx uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform.
• 77xx does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may exercise data subject rights — including access, correction, and deletion requests — by contacting [email protected]. Note that certain data may be retained by law regardless of a deletion request.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77xx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to 77xx's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by 77xx's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents 77xx from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions.

15. Amendments

77xx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77xx will provide reasonable notice by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Displaying an in-platform notification to registered users upon their next login.
• Sending a notification to the email address registered to your 77xx account, where materially significant changes are involved.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
